Our Mission:
To deploy our latex design skills to provide Dr Steel's Army of Toy Soldiers with a high qulity latex uniform accessory, personally customisable by each soldier with their choice of logo, at cost price!
Once you've customised your armband, wearing it will transform the plainest of shirts into a classic military-style uniform.
When combined with the official Toy Soldier patches, you'll project such an image of authority you'll no longer need rely on mind control cup-cakes!
Buying your armband package:
Click the Armband Customising Pack pictured above, and choose your armband colour and shipping location, then click BUY. (You may have guessed that bit on your own.)
Then drop us an Email to sales@lickorishlatex.com including the paypal payment Email address you used, and your off-cut colour and size requirements.
The package:
For just £15 (plus p&p) your package will include a high quality, designer hand-made blank latex armband, as pictured above. Closing with two adjustable sliders, and available in your choice of colour to best match your uniform. (See our Available Colours page for a full display of colours.)
In addition to your armband, your package will contain a number of small off-cuts of high quality, fashion-grade sheet latex in your choice of colours, for you to cut out and create your own division logo or emblem. The package will include a pre-cut red crimped circle to get you started, and a re-cycled plastic gluing 'spatula' (usually a slice of store loyalty card or similar).
After purchasing your package, please drop us an Email to sales@lickorishlatex.com including the paypal payment Email address you used, letting us know what colour latex off-cuts you would like us to send, and if you have any specific piece-size requirements (like needing a piece large enough to cut pinstripes).
Never fear! If all goes horribly wrong and during the patch making process you find you have surrounded yourself with tiny pieces of latex confetti instead of a cunningly fashioned logo. Or perhaps you pop out for a cup of tea and your puppy/younger sibling consumes your tasty-looking latex off-cuts*. Just let us know and send us the p&p and we will be happy to send you a second portion of off-cuts.
*N.B. please dont let anything consume your latex off-cuts. Despite looking tasty, they may make you ill!
You provide:
In addition to these materials, to customise the blank armband you will need some sharp scissors, and you will need to provide your own glue, preferably elasticated or rubber-based. You may find some thin masking tape useful, and glue "thinner" may be helpful to get your glue in an easily spreadable state. (Your glue seller will be able to advise you on this.) All of which can be purchased from most good hobby or DIY shops.
N.B. Test the glue you intend to use on a small piece of one of the latex off-cuts before using it on the armband!
